Being aware of our strengths is a proven way to increase engagement and satisfaction because we use what makes us successful more often. But in a busy, fast changing world we often don’t take the time to reflect, we can lose sight of our superpowers or don’t always share them with others.

Used by some of the leading companies around the world and fast becoming one of the growing trends in human resources the strengths-based approach to talent assessment and development builds powerful partnerships between colleagues and re-energises team collaboration.

Prior to the session, individuals in your team will complete an online Clifton Strengths Finder assessment, to learn about the underlying qualities that energize them, what they are great at (or have the potential to become great at).

Equipped with renewed self-awareness and confidence they are then invited to share their strengths with one another in a playful way in a series of interactive exercises led by our learning and development specialist Morgan Hyonne. Your team will explore their similarities and differences in talent, learn how to build strong partnerships based on their strengths and see diversity of experience as an advantage.

Everyone has their unique talents and strengths, but teams are always stronger together!

"Morgan had a huge impact on my team - he kindly ran Strengths Finder sessions. For me personally, we had an amazing thinking-coaching-conversation, and he created some real light bulb moments for me, particularly in relation to how the Gallup Strengths interact with one another, both in a positive and basement way. He then drew a map out of the strengths and the way they interact and I have kept that as a picture on my phone! He has an incredible way of active listening, synthesizing, and playing back, to create ah-ha moments, which I'm tremendously grateful for. Morgan then went to the great effort of hosting a team Strengths session for the team in Singapore, preparing a Miro Board for us, and then facilitating a conversation. It's been really helpful for us as a team to understand what each of our strengths is, and then figure out how to leverage each other to greater effect. We still go back to the Miro Board - and as a manager it's been a very effective way of pulling people back to their strengths when they are losing their way in these challenging times, especially when people are new to the company.”
